Cancellation Policy
• No clients under 16 without an adult.
• Please give 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
• 15+ minutes late = no-show, and you’ll need to rebook.
• If you have product on your nails, make sure to add “Soak Off” when booking.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment count as a no-show.
• No-shows will be charged 30% of the service total.
• Want nail art or designs? Select it when booking so we can plan your time!
• Feeling sick? Please reschedule — I’ll be happy to see you when you’re better!
